4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most areas with 4% Govt tax applied.
  • Final price will be confirmed during the order confirmation call

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery across Pakistan courier locations.
  • Delivery time may vary based on location from 1-4 working days for normal parcel.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistics issues)

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect products
  • Requests must be made within a specified time after delivery, which is 3 working days after receiving the parcel.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging and in resellable condition.
  • Only the price of the item is refundable courier and delivery charges are not refundable also on free delivery orders in case of refund delivery charges are applied and deducted from the refund.In case of bank transfer inter bank charges are applied and deducted to the refund amount after receiving the goods in proper condition.In case of any exchange of product customer will pay both side expense.'
  • In case of refund from a product received under free delviery. Cost of delviery charges of courier are deducted as customer is not having the prouduct.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Warranty (if applicable) is subject to brand terms
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use
